The Villa Sangha is the last born of the Domaine Ananda: This property has been finished in Spring 2005. This single floor house full of southern colours is surrounded by a 2000m² beautiful and well kept garden. It has been conceived for holiday makers and has all the comforts of home. The integrated air conditionning system produces cool air in summer and warmth in winter. Each room has an independant thermostat so that you can have a certain temperature in one bedroom, and another temperature in another room...The ultimate comfort! The terrace is facing south-west. It is covered to insure shade and cool air while dining. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool, the garden, the sea, the capes, the hills.. The villa is 7 minutes on foot from the Canadel sandy beach. With its 4 bedrooms it can sleep up to 9 persons (one will have to sleep on the convertible arm chair in the living room). The house is equipped with a safe deposit box to protect your small valuables and has WiFi (WLAN) that will allow you to connect to the Internet with your laptop computer (20€/week unlimited acces). Access to the property is provided by a wide and independant radio controlled gate. 3 cars can easily be parked inside the property and you can even park your trailer if you come with a boat as some people do. |

Pool
and loggia
The private 8x4m pool (2m depth.max.) is situated just under the terrace.
You can always keep an eye on it (children...). The pool is equipped with
rounded stairs which allows you to sit in the water to play with the children,
talk and sip something. It is surrounded by a pink tile 130m² terrace
with many palm trees and other local plants. A 30m² loggia provides
shade still being at the pool level. The pool is epuipped with an alarm system
(mandatory
now in Europe) that warns of unauthorized use of the pool (small children
protection). This does not in any way replace your surveillance.

Terrace
The terrace is facing south-west and has a gorgeous view of the sea, the
cap Nègre, le Cap Bénat and far away on the eastern tip
of the island of Porquerolles.
The house being built of a single floor, the terrace is the natural extention
of the living room and kitchen.
This is where you will usually take your meals, protected from the sun and
rain (not much of that!). The pool is right below (no, you cannot jump from
the terrasse to the pool, it's 4m away, if you miss, you'll crash on the tiles!).

Living
room /dining room
With a view of the sea, the living/dining room is open to the terrace
by a wide bay window.
An electric powered shutter provides the protection from the afternoon sun.
The living/dining room is air conditionned (as the rest the house) and is very
comfortably equipped:

an L shaped sofa, 2 arm chairs an apetizer table, |

a convertible arm chair (for one person), |

a dinner console, |
|
a dinner table with 8 chairs, |
|
a 72 cm television with satellite reception (British and German channels) |

a DVD player, |

Kitchen
The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a brick and stone bar. It
is fully equipped for you to spend more time resting than preparing meals
and
doing
the daily chores:
dishwashing machine
4 burners electrical cooker,
microwave oven,
conventional oven,
large refrigerator with built
in deep freeze compartment,
toaster, coffe machine, and
all cooking utensils and silverware,
washing machine
iron and ironing table
vacuum cleaner.
And if there anything else you need, just ask us!
