How to make a reservation:
1- After having read carefully the description of this site, the rental charges and the example of a rental contract, please contact us by email so that we can confirm the availability of your dates.
2- If your dates are available and if you are sure to want to make a firm reservation, please send us a little email confirming your wishes. Please include your postal address and how many people will you be. We will send you a rental contract by email in PDF format (see the page Download Acrobat Reader (PDF).
3-Please print TWICE the rental contract, sign them both and send them both to us by normal mail. Also, please transfer to our bank the 30% downpayment (banking information will be on the rental contract)
4- As soon as we have received the contracts and your downpayment, we will sign one of the two contracts and send it back to you by normal mail. We always keep you informed at each step (we have receoved your contracts, we have received your downpayment...).

The other details (bamance amounts, date of bama,ce payment...) are in the rental contract.

Terms of rental
The rental period is from Saturday at 16:00 until Saturday at 12:00.
Utilities are included in the price of the rental, excessive use will be charged.
During July and August, rentals are for two weeks at a time only.
The reservation will be in effect only when we have received a 30% rent deposit and the signed contract.
The balance of the rent and the security deposit check are due at least 6 weeks before your planned arrival. After that date, 6 weeks after your planned arrival, we will consider that you are withdrawing. If you forget, don't worry, we will take the liberty of giving you a call to remind you of it.
In case of withdrawal on your part, neither rent deposit nor rent balance are refundable. The security deposit check however will be returned to you by mail..
Your security deposit check will not be deposited in our bank. It will be returned to you at the latest one week after your departure (if no major damage).
Pets are no longer allowed...
The premises must be left as clean as when you arrived.
No abnormal noise. particularly outside after 22h.
For obvious security reasons, the tenants are responsible for closing and locking all doors to the villas as well as the access gates when they leave.
